A TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) rating measures the thermal insulation of our sleepwear. You should choose a TOG based on the temperature of your child's nursery: 0.3 TOG for warm rooms (24°C+), 1.0 TOG for mild rooms (21-24°C), and 2.5 to 3.5 TOG for colder environments.
